I found Filmrender on my other PC. It's the freeware
version, nowhere in it to enter registration info and
the web link button goes to www.filmrender.org rather
than nurkware.com

Ned Nurk quit development on Filmrender in 2000 after
someone cracked the registration. Some time in 2004 he
re-released it as freeware, distributing it through
filmrender.com and filmrender.org for about a year
then those sites vanished. From the .com pages at the
web archive, there was only the one freeware version
released and no further development.

The ZIP archive I have has the program, which is a
single .exe, a default grain pattern file and plenty
of documentation in HTML, with images.

I'd upload it to the file section but the moderator
has disabled uploads.

I did a search on Ned Nurk and found an e-mail address
at hotmail. I'll send a message asking if he's the Ned
Nurk who did Filmrender and if so, if he'd allow
distribution of the freeware release.
