I seem to get it right. I encode in Procoder using "Element Stream" instead of "Program Stream". In Encore it shows "Don't transcode" after I imported it.

Is it still .m2p or is it something else? It might be that your Encore doesn't like .m2p files. Try changing the extension of your original .m2p file and put it in Encore. Now see if Encore needs to transcode. Of course, the real question is, how long do you have to wait for Encore to transcode? Is it real quick, or does it take a long time?
