I dunno about BluRay and HD-DVD authoring, but it has
been able to do simple DVD authoring for quite a
while. The last version of Nero 7 can burn both
formats. (Prior releases had no HD-DVD support.)
Check out the website at nero.com I'm not interested
at all in "upgrading" to Nero 8-times-more-bloat.
All I use in Nero is its disc burning and once in a
great while I use its ability to directly burn audio
CDs from MP3 files. Everything else lumped into the
bloatware download is completely useless to me, so I
don't install it. It wasn't so bad back when they had
it split into four downloads so if you didn't want
certain things, you weren't forced to download them
just to get what you did want.
