You're running 64-bit Windows and 64-bit Premiere Pro, or what? Are you
capturing SD or HD (this affects the amount of application memory needed)?

i get the message : premiere running on low system memory. save your work
and proceed with caution.
and thus will not allow to capture the video. there's enough of free disk
space as well as ram and virtual memory.
what should be done ? plz help.
