Use a lossless compression codec. For standard definition, HUFFYUV works very
well. I dunno what's out there in lossless compression for HD.
Lossless compression codecs are sort of like ZIP for video. What you get back
is *exactly* what went in, no loss of quality. It just takes up less space.
