Hard but not impossible in post. A good equalizer 'could' remove all but the voices, it would be different for each, then again, removing the background noise wit said equalizer might work.
The best way would be to use a separate audio track (or Zoom recorder/Dictaphone etc) to record the background noise away from the vocals to start with and use the method above. You can't remove whats in there if its part of what you want. Neil.
