Malwarebytes does a great job, so I'm guessing that you probably have 
more than just malware. Get a better anti-virus program (like free 
Avast, or even better, a trail version of NOD32) and then do a complete 
system scan. And make sure that Malwarebytes is up-to-date.

Also, you can try one more step and get ComboFix, and have it scan in 
Safe Mode.
