So is Religion. The Judiciary has it's own drawback, so does religion. The difference being, the things are tangible, in most cases, in Judiciary, where as they are mostly intangible in the case of religion, making it in the form of beliefs. All this IMO. In most places in the world, Judiciary has it's benifits. And places where it doesn't, are mostly in chaos.
