The only thing I can say for sure is that by watching the I am sense I get
'stoned' and peaceful.

The further sense of I AM "this" or "that".........is the seed.

Watching the sense of I AM...is not the noticing of the sense of I AM as a
separative sensation but is the very merging by the " I AM" with itself ....

.....which immediately erases the "this" ........in the I AM this.

"this" is the naming of the unfolding sensation.........whether it is in the
form of panic attack or any other form of identifying.

What is a panic attack, except rapid thoughts with an associated sensation
of a sense of doom/fear/despair.....i.e I am going to be doomed.

Without the identifying, i.e. without the "this"..........there can be no
sense of doom.

The merging by the " I AM" with itself.........is finally (without a
connotation of an event in time)...

...the absence of the very sense of I AM itself.

While the referring as above is merely thought-play......

......the absence of the sense of I AM is not an object of
cognition/experience

within the domain of thought.
