I was anxious and panicky a lot until I've started to watch the I am sense. 
Since that the amount of my anxiousness has dropped drastically (80% less)

I am quite panicky and anxious all the time  :-)

I havent yet got used to it.

But its not a big deal. Its a mind thing.

I usually seek out less panicky situations to live my life.
