Excellent. See, I told you all that I missed something along the way.
It probably didn't help that I had a 1-1/2 day outage of my system at
the heart of this discussion.
Jon, I look up to you because you have done a lot for Perl. I also *do*
like O'Reilly. In hindsight, (which is 20/20), I may have spoken a bit
too hastily based upon what one person had said. I should have also
mentioned that I have never come across any problems with O'Reilly that
pertain to this - so again, I based it on what someone else had said...
With that, I'll quietly back out of this discussion with my tail between
my legs -- that is until I again have an opinion to opine...
I'll also be at YAPC to "discuss" all of these matters in person - but
definitely over beer... Lots and lots of beer. :^)
If Java has a cup of coffee, why can't Perl have something like a
quadruple espresso with 9 sugars?
