I'm certainly not defending David Grove's behavior; but that thin
line can be kinda fuzzy too.  "ORA is impeding true Perl advocacy!"
Such a statement would be on-topic; and it should not be moderated
away.  If it were, that would be censorship.  In fact, if Nat *ever*
acted on behalf of ORA in moderating this list, he would be guilty
of a conflict of interest.  As you say, we trust him not to do this.
