My first thought was: Can some of the queries that top out at a certain
number be constrained (maybe by posting date) to get more accurate data?

My better thought (Jack Kerouac said, "Best thought, first thought." He
later revised it to "First thought, best thought." That's my idea of a
joke) was: It might be be possible to tweak the queries to also get an idea
how long it takes to fill each position, which gives a clue about
supply--the figures coming back now are demand.

Do any of these sites put posting dates on the job offers? If not, doing
this sort of tracking might require a lot more effort than it's worth.

All the best,
