I don't think that's quite possible with the online job boards.
First, I don't think that a significant number of postings are removed
when the job is "filled". It's easier to keep the extra resumes on file.
Second, I know of a couple employers who have standing want ads for
tech people because they can't find enough of them. One general ad may
be up for a while, and find seven people, and still stay up trying to
find another three.
