Mmm... MacMillan Publishing just released the Web Programming Kit for
Linux at:

Which contains C-Forge with an integrated editor, debugger, etc...and
claims to have Perl support (listed first) as well as Java and PHP.
Also included are two books on Perl; mine and "Perl 5 By Example" (Danger
Will Robinson!), a book on GIMP, a CGI book and some Python resources
from Dr. Dobbs.
It's not much, but it's a start. And it's put out by a publisher
that gets a LOT of exposure (CompUSA, Frys, every large bookstore
imaginable, etc...)
