The main difference between the Artistic License is that it is
not "Viral" [to use MicroSoft's phrase]. Larry specifically
wrote it to be that way. This is a difference between GPL-ed
and AL-ed code: with the AL the code can be sold outright,
with the GPL the purchasor is still bound by the GPL.
