Seems to me that this it's almost the definition of a FAQ? A section
section on licensing / commercial use issues could include:

- can I sell programs I have written in Perl?
- what about CPAN modules?
- what about binaries? with/without source?
- can I sell products that include Perl-the-language?
- ...

If this seems like a good idea, and if no-one else volunteers,
I'd willing to collate questions and answers and submit to the
FAQ maintainer - ?
