Picasso was a devoted student of past art. He owned some art by artists he admired, including Cezanne. He lived and worked in his home studios, just filling them up. One of the funny stories we read in Richardson is his making sculpture in his estate garage even though it lacked heat and electric lighting. He had his large auto brought up to the garage and run with its lights on so he could work there at night. Amazing, and he could've built the fanciest studio in Europe had he wished. WC

But maybe not -- especially if he paid much attention to the homes and gardens where he lived. Did he ? Did he collect antiques like Andy Warhol did ? Did he have architects modify his home and studio ? (expense was probably not an issue) ____________________________________________________________ Learn the Six Sigma approach and become certified.
