For sure , eventually guttural sounds became words in each different
culture,
And yes, reflect multiple meanings at best on individuals, as colors
and forms.

But not only will that representation be quite different from any

actual sound, color, or form -- but it
will also may be quite different for each of us.
Kivy goes to some length to argue that non-verbal sounds represent
nothing -
and he will even suggest that this is why
they can "liberate" us from our heavy burdens of thinking about the
world.
