Unless we mean, metaphorically, that circularity is to circle back, by whatever 
loopy means,  to the starting point.  That's the trouble wit meanings, like 
clouds we can only point to them and they are always changing, it seems. But 
that presumes that clouds are suitable stand-ins for meanings, I mean cloudy 
thoughts; no, I mean foggy thoughts; no I mean metaphorical thoughts.  What 
clouds?
