No, I mean it Saul.  I've said before that you'd need to spend about 37,000 
every day, 7 days a week, for 75 years to deplete a non-interest pile of one 
billion dollars.  Now, some folks have dozens of billions.  They can't spend it 
in a lifetime.  The only way to spend so much  is to outfit an army and force a 
personal view onto others.  Historically, that's what has happened over and 
over.  Why do we assume that the next generations of today's contented 
billionaires will be equally placid?  The ancient Roman politicians figured 
that 
a highly trained force of 100,000 elite, best armed palace guards can 
effectively suppress a population of millions.  That may still be true.
