You should always remember, the concrete in an anchor doesn't hold the
anchor in place. It is the dirt it is pushing against that does that.

The first thing I would say is if you think you need elevated guys, build a
self supporter. If you don't want to do that, I would use 42 inch sonatube
and 20 inch I beam. You still might have to put in a forward knee brace. I
would sink that anchor 12 feet for every 100 foot of tower minimum.

You should get all that engineered.
