I just don’t see why something like this takes this long to accomplish. I could have bought and shipped an actual AP to my office faster than getting a license key. I see where you guys have circumvented the wait time but should we really have to do that? I definitely like using the Lite APs because like you some of them I won’t ever have to upgrade but right now #11 is sitting there waiting as patient as a customer can. This is also the first Lite AP I’ve ever had to upgrade. I wasn’t aware the process took this long in 2019.

It does cost a little bit more to use Lite APs and then upgrade them, but in a lot of cases we never have to upgrade them... there's also the advantage that if the AP dies after it's out of warranty, you can get Cambium to transfer the license to a new Lite AP.
