yeah I agree with Jim Probably not going to work especial if its been
there for any amount of time. If it it was 24-72 count, typically the
same diameter, maybe if you were blowing it. If this is a build you are
planning and the duct isn't in add another one.

We have had limited success inside subdivisions where we have flat
drop cable and running 1 or 2 more flat drops in a conduit.

Pretty sure the answer is no on both, but if i have 1.25 populated
with 96 count, can you realistically come back and blow/pull
anything else? What if its populated with 24 count?
