You can always add intermediate handholes to break it up into smaller sections. I have had to rod it before to get it to work, especially around corners. They make little parachutes to blow jet line through and then pull mule tape. All sounds reasonable and logical until you actually start doing it.
In reality, schedule a maintenance window between 2 and 4 in the morning. Cut the old fiber and use it to pull in a larger count.
