You mean we’re spending all that money on “the wall” and it doesn’t block RF?

Yes Verizon and AT&T both have RF teams equipped with COWs they deploy to 
troubleshot issues.  Big issue currently with new cellular provider across 
border interfering with their towers within two miles from border.

I saw them working near my home for about two weeks setting up more antennas on 
existing towers along with COWs to fend off noise.   Many users switched to 
T-Mobile ....my phone works mostly in 600Mhz or 2100MHz in certain parts of 
town.

As for Part 101, you have recourse...use it...

Just had another link in by Chicago lose modulation last night.  At 
Midnight last night, it took our link down completely, They must have 
been playing with power/channel because now it's just running at half 
modulation in 1 direction.  At least it's not the direction most traffic 
goes.

This is now the 3rd licensed link that we have had affected by noise in 
the last year.  And yes, we do have path protection.

My Theory, just because I don't like them, is that the HFT guys don't 
bother to aim properly, or actually Install at the Coords on their PCN.
