The OFDC requires you to manually splice the trunk, correct?  The MST may
be a simpler solution for those that aren't comfortable splicing, since it
comes with the fiber already attached/spliced.  Then, you just run jumpers
from the MST to the radio.  Where do you buy Commscope from, btw?
