I assume they will specify. They speak the right language, and they
have a very well put together website. If they're a scammer they
deserve a few wins just for the amount of effort they've put into the
smoke and mirrors. But I've definitely taken the message, and I'll be
sure to probe them about what they're up to.

Yeah all of the ones I get just look like someone wanting to make a spam run,
especially when they say yeah this one low power server needs a /24 worth of IP
addresses. Yeah right. Either I ignore them or tell them we don't offer that
service, depends how generous I'm feeling that day.
But there are still legitimate needs for bare metal or dedicated servers; cloud
service costs can escalate quickly.
