I've found few reps that will swear right off the bat, but most dont. But if you slipped in a swear word, theyll slip in a swear word. If you go off on a crossword holiday, theyll go full sailor. The funnest game is to get godly between communications, and see how they correct course. So one phone call, drop some S and F bombs. Then the next call dont, and mention a church sermon. I've found they test the swear waters with an Ass. I assume they try to align their persona with a customers persona to make a customer comfortable dropping coin. Chucks experience is an odd one, to be honest I dont think I'd do business with that rep again if he didnt have products worth looking at. That's business relations though. A mailing list is a mailing list. People have a hard time keeping things threaded to filter out noise. I try to keep my noise in the thread though the troll in me makes that a momentous task, I would apologize if I were an apologist, but I'm frankly more of a d@#khead than anything else.
