There will certainly be issues. I keep wondering how much of a sky aperture is "good enough" to provide continuous service. In our area, people seem to think a fist-sized hole in the tree canopy is good enough for traditional satellite service.
Not too different with 3-5 GHz broadband. If they see the tiniest hole in the general direction of the AP, that is line of sight as far as they are concerned
