Marketing people will certainly tell you that putting up 12,000 wifi APs
will 1.2gbps*12,000 capacity though...

I think Starlink is probably going to work very well for what it's supposed
to do, but at this point, I don't think most people really understand what
it is. There's too much hype around it that's giving people unrealistic
expectations... kind of like 5G.
