them.  They have 2 or 3 switches around the country, so they are fairly 
redundant.  We have been with them for about 8 years.  Really have no 
complaints.  Customer service is very responsive.

              6:00 AM Update:
              Overnight communications with our carrier have yielded no 
results. Unfortunately, we still do not have an ETA on when the outage will be 
resolved. Please know our board, management, and Sprout team find this is as 
unacceptable as you do and this is not how we treat our subscribers. We will 
make this right. We will ensure this type of issue does not occur again.

              8:00 PM Update:
              Guys, we are so very sorry for this outage! The information we've 
received so far is that the carrier has their engineers testing the connection 
and the only explanation is "difficulties at the core." It's not good news as 
we still have not been giving a cause, location or ETA. We will continue to 
work with the carrier until the issue is resolved and all of our subscribers 
are back online. We know everyone's patience, including ours, is wearing thin 
due to the lack of information and resolution. We will pass along any new 
information as it becomes available.

              4:30 PM Update: 
              We have sent an email communication to all of our subscribers 
with additional information, including the notice that a bill credit will be 
issued for this outage. Please check the email associated with your Sprout 
Account. Unfortunately, the short answer is we still do not have an ETA of when 
service will be restored and we still do not know the cause. The issue is in 
the connection from Atlanta via an internet carrier to us. There is no damage 
or cause on our side of the connection.

              1:30 PM Update:
              We do not have an estimated time for service restoration. We are 
communicating with our service provider, and as soon as we hear any new 
information from them, we will let you know.

              We are experiencing an internet outage from our provider that is 
impacting all of our subscribers. We are getting more information and will 
report updates here.
