I think the distributors are trying to help fix this brokenness in that I'm now seeing restrictions on certain part quantities.
Like the electronics equivalent of you can only buy 1 package of toilet paper a week. That of course isn't helpful if you've got a large family that uses 2 a week. Or regular consumption of 4x the parts that the limit is set at.
