I know ILECs with zero employees.  The first ILEC I worked for had 2 employees. 
 
The most recent one I worked for had 15 employees.

ILEC has 700 employees minimum so they have up to 2 techs to roll out with a 
generator...

  My worry about the 30KW of batteries is a "what if"...   It's basically
