So, why would you reregister? Not asking about your scruples or the reason for registration in the first place. But as a practical issue, nothing bad will happen if the CPE moves will it? It does not self report position does it? Kinda like signalling when there is no one else on the road. Or stopping at a red light in the middle of the night.
