Has anyone ordered from them since the change in ownership? I ordered about $1000 worth from them a week ago, they charged my card but have not shipped. They showed it in stock but now they show out of stock. It's an EOS item from the manufacturer so I think they screwed up and won't be able to fulfill the order. It was at full price, not a clearance or open box or return.
It seems shady to me that they charged the card before shipping the items, and they seem to have discovered they don't have them but they have not informed me. If they don't make it right I guess I can always dispute it with VISA. I'm just wondering if they are incompetent or crooked or just made an isolated mistake.
