They're not crooked but they're not the same service that Baltic used to
offer.

You should never dispute a charge with any vendor until you've made
multiple attempts to reach them and request to cancel an order and be
refunded. I order stuff from many vendors that show in stock but don't
ship. After a couple weeks, I email and ask to cancel and refund my order
since the items never shipped. Every vendor obliges by the second contact.
If they don't refund after two requests, then I would dispute and show that
I never received my order and they never responded to me. It's never gone
that far yet.

I think after 13 years in business, I've only disputed one charge ever for
a vendor who ignored me. The only other times would be for fraud.
