They're not crooked but they're not the same service that Baltic used to offer.
You should never dispute a charge with any vendor until you've made multiple attempts to reach them and request to cancel an order and be refunded. I order stuff from many vendors that show in stock but don't ship. After a couple weeks, I email and ask to cancel and refund my order since the items never shipped. Every vendor obliges by the second contact. If they don't refund after two requests, then I would dispute and show that I never received my order and they never responded to me. It's never gone that far yet. I think after 13 years in business, I've only disputed one charge ever for a vendor who ignored me. The only other times would be for fraud.
