It seems shady to me that they charged the card before shipping the items, and they seem to have discovered they don’t have them but they have not informed me.

 

If they don’t make it right I guess I can always dispute it with VISA.  I’m just wondering if they are incompetent or crooked or just made an isolated mistake.
