He inflated the value of properties when it suited him, and deflated the
value of the same properties when it suited him. His accountant went to
jail, even though he refused to testify. Donnie got away without jail
time because "he didn't know anything about it". Yeah, sure.

If you are speaking to the net worth calculations for the purpose of
financing, everyone tries to come up with the largest number they can
when doing this. The bankers were 100% OK with it and they even said
they did not suffer any damages and did not think the prosecution was
legit. So, the Donald applied a favorable valuation, the bank said
OK, but the court said “not so fast now”. Yeah such a crime…

The fine was in the neighborhood of $700 to $800 million (I forget the
actual amount). I think it was inflated because of his behavior, but I
did not follow it that closely. The fine was invalidated, but I think
it should have been reduced to something more appropriate. The felon
made numerous threats to the judge in the case, and I don't think it
played in his favor.

Any other person this would have been a class "C" felony and jail

To me that is not in the same league as jay walking.

OK, on the felony thing: It was 34 acts of posting a
legal expense to a general ledger account that the
extremely biased and politically motivated prosecutor,
judge and jury found to be “improper”, as perhaps the
GL account number offended their feng shui. The IRS
and the NY department of revenue were not offended.
Meh they said. This was seriously thin soup. But
they got it rammed through. All individually were
misdemeanors. Equivalent to jay walking or spitting
your gum on the street.
However NY has a rule that if you have enough
misdemeanors in one pile you can convert them to a
felony.
So anyone saying: ” yeah that felon” gets a snicker
and smirk from me. Like, is that the best you can do?

34 count felon by several juries makes one want to
give him a hug? I have daughters and grand-daughters
and I know he's been on that island with Jeffrey and
on the Lolita express more than once by his own
words. That's another factoid that makes him
disgusting to me. Do you need more than juries to
know you have to agree for a serial rapist to be put
in jail? How about the prisons in Utah? You want
them to release all the rapists because you personally
don't know and don't want to vilify/judge them? I
didn't personally meet Hitler nor Stalin, either. I
think that's pretty bad to give criminals that big of
a break. Rape, child rape, bank fraud, tax fraud, the
list gets too extensive... because now it's escalated
up to murder, multiple. The only explanation is
organized crime made a deal they (the GOP) couldn't
refuse!

agree with their opinion. He must have made an

He is visibly and verbally deteriorating. No

I openly wonder if he will survive to November
