I love the fact that old friends here can trash talk each other
and most people don’t get hot about it. I do it for sport and
amusement. I presume Bill and Ken do too. Steve can always be
counted on to throw a squib into the mix. Used to be we had
declared no politics during lent and lent was extended. Then in
the latter years we just put the OT on the subject line inviting
folks to scroll on by.

The fine was in the neighborhood of $700 to $800 million (I
forget the actual amount). I think it was inflated because of
his behavior, but I did not follow it that closely. The fine
was invalidated, but I think it should have been reduced to
something more appropriate. The felon made numerous threats
to the judge in the case, and I don't think it played in his
favor.

34 count felon by several juries makes one
want to give him a hug? I have daughters and
grand-daughters and I know he's been on that
island with Jeffrey and on the Lolita express
more than once by his own words. That's
another factoid that makes him disgusting to
me. Do you need more than juries to know you
have to agree for a serial rapist to be put
in jail? How about the prisons in Utah? You
want them to release all the rapists because

Hitler nor Stalin, either. I think that's
pretty bad to give criminals that big of a
break. Rape, child rape, bank fraud, tax
