My wife and I have been doing what she's dubbed "dirty carnivore" for about 4 months now. I've actually lost 40 lb and feel better than I've felt in years. I don't stick 100% to it - she does better than I - but man, I'd have never believed earthing this much meat and fatty meat could do this. It's really amazing . . . I'm 67. I had blood work done and hart cath and everything came out really, really good! All blood numbers great and they said my heart had only minor blockage. And I eat BACON all the time! What's the mean about how we've been told all these years that we SHOULD eat???
