The vitreous stuff in my eyes has improved (was degenerating) according
to my eye doctor and the floaters have mostly disappeared which she
thought was weird being that that stuff has been a major issue for
years. So has my rheumatoid arthritis, basically not bothering me.
Have been on carnivore diet since January and lost about 30lbs. I'm
73. Of course they (doctors) flip out over my high cholesterol but my
blood pressure is 120 over 70. Eggs and meat every meal, no carbs.
Lots of black coffee! Reason for carnivore diet was not to lose weight
but to hopefully repair other gut issues caused by celiac disease, that
seems to be helping, may never know for sure.

Have any of you guys tried the Carnivore Diet? My wife and I have
been doing what she's dubbed "dirty carnivore" for about 4 months
now. I've actually lost 40 lb and feel better than I've felt in
years. I don't stick 100% to it - she does better than I - but man,
I'd have never believed earthing this much meat and fatty meat could
do this. It's really amazing . . . I'm 67. I had blood work done
and hart cath and everything came out really, really good! All blood
numbers great and they said my heart had only minor blockage. And I
eat BACON all the time! What's the mean about how we've been told all
these years that we SHOULD eat???
