I checked several ISP's sites. All of their coverage maps were non-fuctional. Was your website itself down? No. Was the product you charge for non-functional? Absolutely. Did you respond prior to my rant on DSLR? No. Did you fix it prior to that post after it being down for a day? No. Did you answer your phones at any time on a Friday? No. Clear enough? I have a new company that charges less money and responds very quickly to issues. I suggest you move on, I sure have.
