Apparently nobody wants the other to guy to have the last word. You've both been slinging mud, you're both now covered in mud. Please stop now.

Did you contact us prior to 4:54pm on Saturday, nope, that is the first e-mail we got from you... We were in the office and took many calls on the 2^nd, , so don’t know what number you called, but it wasn’t us! So, guess there is plenty of fault to go around.

As far as your new provider, I won’t speak bad/good about someone else’s product. If someone wishes to know the differences, please contact us off-list or via our phone number listed below. I’m sure they offer a great product for you.

I checked several ISP's sites. All of their coverage maps were non-fuctional. Was your website itself down? No. Was the product you charge for non-functional? Absolutely. Did you respond prior to my rant on DSLR? No. Did you fix it prior to that post after it being down for a day? No. Did you answer your phones at any time on a Friday? No. Clear enough?

I have a new company that charges less money and responds very quickly to issues. I suggest you move on, I sure have.

John, the “entire site” was not down. Was there an issue, yes, was it fixed THAT WEEKEND, yes. You outright lies tell everyone a great deal about you and your business.

We answer phones and emails on the weekend. I can say, I am working with Cloud RF for my towercoverage replacement. I had an issue last weekend and they responded to my email within 5 minutes and mine was an isolated issue. Not their entire site being down for two days like towercoverage.com.

Depends on other competitors out there. We don't answer phones or emails on weekends either - usually.

We do respond to outages tho

If that is an absolute low I'd love to see how you treat your
customers. This is not the days of running a WISP like it was 5 or
10 years ago. In this day it is utterly unacceptable to have an
entire sight outage, ignore your phones and emails then only
respond when you've been called out publicly. I've been there. It
may be uncomfortable but that is reality. Prohibiting your
customers from online reviews then applauding your own deplorable
service? I don't know what world you live in but with that
approach you won't be in business long if at all.

I may never use your service (Cartography and GIS is a minor
hobby of mine) so I can't comment how good or bad it is, but I
know the difference between a bad review and someone who is
just being rude. Obviously no professionalism on his part in
that review I have zero respect for that. It's bad enough
when we in this industry have to hear it from customers and
take it, but effectively doing it to each other is an absolute
        low.

point out where in your Terms that it prohibits what he did? I
see your restriction on reviews etc but unless I’m missing
something, that doesn’t specify posts or reviews on sites
        other that _towercoverage.com_ <http://towercoverage.com>.
IANAL of course so maybe it’s implied, but what I read there

What I love about this, is a person posted to this forum
several hours PRIOR to sending in a support e-mail asking or
telling us his account had an issue. If he would have sent
the email quickly, I’m sure the issue would have been fixed
much quicker. Typical end user issue, let’s not go through
the normal support channels to get help. Going around support
channels is quicker right! Guess you can’t win them all.

Probably a couple months ago, someone posted a link (or
name) of software that can lay out your Frequency usage on
            a map.

Been searching this AM for it, without success.

            Anyone recall that software name?
