The customer router is not ours, it's whatever the customer has.
It's a problem because there isn't a specific piece of hardware that we
are tracking under the customer's account. Because there isn't a piece
of hardware, there's not an IP associated with the customer.

We've got several different MDU setups. Our most common is an
ethernet cable handoff to an apartment that is a vlan into a
router handing out a single ip.
This presents a monitoring / shaping / auto-disconnect problem for
us with powercode.
