UBNTs new cameras are really nice quality in both materials and picture. They also now include the IR. Maybe just replace the ones you need IR on and repurpose those old ones?
Also, UBNT just came out with the app for iphone to be able to view them remotely. I'm in the process of replacing all of my cameras with their new ones. It's a challenge to get Streakwave to get enough stock though. I bought a couple and they were the last ones I've seen them have in stock for a few months now. There are plenty on eBay for a little bit more money though.
