If you want to stay with the Grandstream ecosystem, I think they have integration with their VoIP stuff, so you can do things like have someone press a buzzer and your receptionist answers and looks at them from his phone before letting them in. I don’t use it, so I’m not familiar with the specifics. As for an app, I use IP Cam Viewer on iPhone and iPad to view the cameras. I was using it before we started using Grandstream so I just added the cameras to it.
