I too have an Egg. Prior to that I had the same "kamodo" style grill that
by dad brought back from Japan in 1970. It was slowly crumbling so my wife
got me the egg. I've never smoked a better brisket than one smoked on this
bad boy. They make an extra large version and a rib rack that could hold
several racks of ribs, but I'm not sure you could fit all that on it at
once. You might have to get a multi shelf smoker.
