I filled out the RMA Form earlier today, but haven't heard anything
yet. Maybe I'll refill it out tomorrow if there is no reply. Usually I
was at least getting a call or email the same day.

This is one area of Cambium which is has seen little improvement (and,
if anything, a regression) from their Motorola days.
