I'm 99% sure that this reading was working before as well, or at least at
some point.

I am very particular about checking the overcurrent protection on these so
I can pretty much guarantee that is fine.   The voltage is sort of a 'bonus
feature' so I'm a bit less particular about it - but I know it is on the
assembly verification for the product, which probably means that it was
working before, and there hasn't been any new pdu's assembled since I
updated the firmware.
